Cancellation Policy
All Cancellations must be made by phone.
We require at least 24hrs notice to cancel your appointment.
If you fail to attend or provide us with the required notice you will be charged the full amount of the appointment booked.
This is a strict cancellation policy which we are unfortunately having to enforce due to the increasing amount of appointments being wasted through no-shows.
Invoices will be sent out and you will have 14 days to pay the outstanding balance.
Failure to settle your account within 3 months may result in legal action.
We appreciate your co-operation in this matter and hope we will not need to enforce this policy often.
